2. Orders & Payments :

• Orders can be placed via our official Instagram page or website.
• Full payment must be made at the time of order confirmation unless Cash on Delivery is applicable.
• We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and selected wallets.

3. Delivery Guarantee :

• Orders are usually shipped within 2–4 working days.

• Delivery time may vary by location but typically takes 5–7 working days.

• Shipping charges, if any, will be mentioned at the time of checkout.

4. Returns & Exchange :

• Returns/exchanges are accepted only on select items and must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
• Custom-made and personalized jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange.
• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

5. Cancellations :

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.

• For urgent changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
